There’s a documentary screening at The Art House in Eugene on Jan 16, 17, 21 & 22 called WTO/99 about the 1999 Seattle WTO protests.
It connects directly to current protests around Gaza, ICE, labor rights, and police militarization—showing how tactics used against protestors in ’99 are still being deployed today. And many of the original Seattle protestors came from Eugene!
